WHAT IS A CLASS LIKE?

Total body interval-based loaded movements are designed to increase muscular endurance, muscular strength, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness.

 

ARE THERE CLASSES FOR DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE LEVELS?

Every action has options allowing all levels to be successful!

 

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE BEFORE CLASS?

Arriving 5-10 minutes before and allowing yourself time to set up your equipment and pre-stretch.

 

HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION?

45 Minutes 

 

WHAT IF I MISS A CLASS?

The dates and times are fixed, so please check your schedule before you commit to the 4 weeks. Although we understand that something could come up, but since there is a limited number of participant spaces available for each class, we cannot offer make-ups.

We will offer 1 excused miss per month (meaning you sign up for 8 sessions, something gets scheduled into your calendar we will credit that session for the following month) with 24hr advance notice. 

Late cancel less than 24hr notice - We will provide a $10 credit to your next session package. (meaning you are deducted $15 of your $25 session)
