An all-women’s small group training program dedicated to building strength and confidence while being surrounded by a community of empowering and supportive women, that will help keep you accountable in the areas of fitness, nutrition, mindset, and recovery. This group has two sessions a week and an accountability and coaching group to help you get the results you want, the strength you desire, and the confidence you deserve.
