Instead of just hoping you’re nailing technique, and if what you are doing is working, your coach will design a program that meets your individual needs and keep it challenging, fun, and safe. 

Do you wonder if you’re eating the right amount for your needs? Your coach will connect the dots between your training and nutrition, and make sure you’re sleeping well and recovering between sessions too.

 


 

Complimentary Strategy Session 

  • We start with a 50 minute complimentary strategy session to learn about your background and set a foundation of trust, honesty, and authenticity for the coaching relationship.
  • What are your goals, motivations, and deep driving forces? This conversation uncovers what will keep you loving your training for years to come. 
  • Your lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, and stress habits: we want to understand these fully because training doesn’t happen in a vacuum. 
  • We’ll also cover any past injuries or current limitations. We’ll talk about the expectations of you and your coach, and map out what your future fitness journey could look like.
  • We’ll complete a sample training session, which will allow us to assess your movement quality  
  • We will share our recommendations on how we can best support your journey. 
  • All your questions will be answered – we are here to support you.

Movement
